Mizuno Infinity Run 10: Can You Beat Your Time?
Mizuno Infinity Run 10: Can You Beat Your Time?
That is what exactly my goal is - to beat my own time. Friends advises me that I should still register for 5K run as I am still quite new to this kind of activity, but I do not want to remain in that category. So as early as March 9, which was just 2 days after my first run, a 5K run then, I had decided to register for the 10K run on the upcoming Mizuno Infinity Run 10.
I am glad I had trusted my own instincts and registered for that category. It is a whole new challenge for me. During my first run, which was sponsored by Unilab last March 7 2010, I had spent 29min & 5sec to finish the 5K run course. While on my second run, the Globe Run For Home activity that was held last March 21 2010, it took me 26min & 45sec to reach the finish line in the 5K category.
So for the upcoming Mizuno Infinity Run 10, it would be a whole new challenge for me as it would just be my third run and a first for me in the 10K category. On this run, I hope that I could increase my stamina and finish the run within an hour. With less than 2 weeks left, currently I have just started to train myself for increase of stamina and even though there is not much time left, still I hope that I could finish the 10K course within the expected time I had set for myself.
Fellow Runners: Let us all go and beat our own time! It is the race between us and our time!
